In conjunction with your Switchboard service VoIPPresence can provide the IVR prompts and Messages-on-Hold that your customers will hear when they call your number. It is important that the greeting and caller menus are easily understood with the voice being articulate and having a pleasing tone.

Callers on Hold

Callers can be presented with product and service update information while they are on hold. Callers can also be directed to your web site for further information. Recordings using a male or female voice and mixed with music from our library can be made from your script.

Phone-in Preview Line

All the titles in our standard reassurance messages can be previewed over a tone-dialling telephone by calling 0871 873 2261.

The Phone-In Preview service is also used to preview your Custom Messages for approval.
