Number Diversion

Diversion of numbers can occur either on demand or automatically when hardware failure is detected. Numbers are diverted using a standard feature by your network provider, while Individual numbers can be given unique features by a targeting them to a different VoIPPresence number.

Where phone systems have a large DDI range, it may not be feasible to divert each DDI and in some instances Dialed Number information may be lost. If this is the case and as an example, VoIPPresence can offer the caller the option to re-enter the last three numbers dialled, after notifying of the problem, with the call then being processed.

DR Control

VoIPPresence DR is controlled by a comprehensive web management tool with administrators having access to the parameters governing call handling such as timers, messages, call queuing and alerts. On demand and scheduled reports are available for all types of call activity.

When a communications breakdown occurs administrators with appropriate access levels can immediately make changes to the way in which calls are handled. Resources such as the staff taking calls can be controlled with all call activity monitored.
